St. Agni offers returns on full-priced items within 14 days of delivery for a refund, exchange, or store credit. Items must be in their original condition, unworn and unwashed, with all original tags and packaging intact.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare Your Package
Carefully pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals remain attached to the garments.
Attach Shipping Label
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Drop your package at any authorized courier location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed once the items pass quality inspection.
